Hello. I'm Dawayne. Joined myfitnesspal a couple of weeks ago. Just looking for new ways and ideas on how to achieve my fitness goals. As of right now I have lost between 9 to 11 pounds. I started at 241 and working my way down to 200. Maybe 180. I definitely want to build lose this bodyfat. I currently 37% and want to get below 25%. My goal is 10%. Its a struggle, but I'm working on it.

You didn't gain it in a few weeks/months and you won't lose it in a few weeks/months. Step by step!!!0

I think balance is important. While weightloss is something that happens just from eating less than you burn, it's something you have to do consistently and for a long time, so it's important that you don't burn out. Eating well and exercising in a way you can and will stick to, is crucial. And while it's important to not discredit one's effort, maybe thinking about it as a struggle, leads you to struggle. Just something to keep in mind, or disregard.1

Thank you both. Kommodevaran, you are right. When you look at things negatively, you will perform negatively. Thanks again.0
