I lost about 30lbs last time through MFP and gained back and more. I want to try and lose it again but I’m just depressed from regaining. I’m a failure. Help 😞

The only time we truly fail, is when we stop trying.

    My motto:
    I never fail.
I either succeed, or I learn.

You didn't fail, you just learned what doesn't work. This time, repeat what you did to lose the weight (that obviously worked before), then use MFP to calorie log for maintenance. Slowly make your maintenance eating your "normal" eating habits Maintenance is generally a lot harder than losing, it takes a lot more to relearn how to eat at our maintenance, then to simply reduce when we are losing.

Yes, I agree with VUA21. You are not a failure if you keep trying. I am starting over tomorrow and I have a 40 pound weight gain. We can do this.
