Keep me going in my fitness mission. I feel I’m not me anymore. Had knee cruciate ligament replacment and piled 2 stone on wile sat off work etc eating crisp sarnies all day. On week 3 of mfp now lost 9 pounds and keeping on track with calories carbs and fat intake. Not had a slice of bread in 3 weeks 😆 determained not to order a pizza too!! Just lacking motivation atm for exercise I do try but feel I could do so much more. Need to get back in my old jeans ASAP 😳

I had surgery in November and put weight on so I know the feeling. You'll get there!1

That's good, keep it up. I had double bunion surgery last year and for couple months I didn't do anything but eat. I've been yoyoing since November of last year, but like you I want to keep it up. You got, not easy but doable!1

Thanks guys a little morning motivation is awsome. Going to get a reclining sit up bench for home today hopefully I will do a little more seem to just do cardio and evryyhing but stomach exercises at the gym1
