I’m new to this App, I’m 21, 5’3” and 180lb, I’m trying to get Healthy, I would like to lose weight, but I don’t have a real weight goal set right now, just losing 10lb, then resetting it to lose another 10lb, (setting smaller goals so they’re easier to reach.)
