Hey guys I’m new here I’m ready to start loosing weight I just wonder how to start I would like to have a patron to follow ,loosing weight has been so dificult for me . I wonder how you do it if you can give me an advise I would like to hear it !

    Eat less, move more. It's really not more complicated than that. It's of course more complex than just that, but it's what you have to do and up to you how you do it.

    Start to log in your meals, have some measuring cups and a food scale. Don't step on the scale every day or multiple times a day. I weigh myself once a week, usually on Wednesdays (weekends are not good for me). Also be consistent and don't expect immediate results. Your goal is not only losing weight and looking good but also feeling healthy. I've lost 21 lbs in six months and today was the first day I weigh less than 200 lbs fully dressed. Good luck.
