:smile: Hi, Im Sarah. I just found this site today and am really hoping that it works and helps me. If you have any tips please let me know. I just recently gave up Mt. Dew, YESTERDAY!!!! I have started drinking Cherry Coke Zero to help with the Caffiene withdrawls. I started counting my Calories today. I did an hour of exercise yesterday and now every bone and muscle aches. Should I work out everyday or split it up????

  • Hi Sarah. I try and do a little everyday, even if it's just a short walk, but it's entirely up to you and your schedule.

    Hi Sarah,

    For me, I get overwhelmed if I try to do too much and then I get discouraged and give up! If you are like that, you may want to take it slow and reward yourself for the smaller goals to help keep you motivated. I am rewarding myself for staying on track, even if I dont have a "perfect" day. If you can do more, great! Just listen to your body. I know that I cannot try to do things exactly like other people because I am not them. You know yourself better than anyone else and see what works for YOU! Good luck!!!:smile:

    I do better when I work out consistently or else I make excuses to not do it.

    When I start something new I am always sore but once I start working out again it loosens my muscles up and I feel good. However, if I am sore from a true injury, I take it easy or rest. But if it's just muscle soreness, I keep going. Plan your workouts ahead of time and then you will know what you have to do for the day-that helps me!

    I should also say that since I found this site, weight loss has been so much easier and become much more a part of my life! I have been living a much healthier lifestyle. I don't think I would still be going with all this if I hadn't found the site-love it!!
