I reallllly like working out and taking classes at golds. So I want to do a class in the evening and just half an hr of cRdio in the am. Is that too much? I mean if it gets too much I'll stop.

It's really different for everyone. As a father of 4 it would be too much for me!
... find what you like, and do it in moderation (yes, even exercise *gasp*) ... I shoot for running a few times a week ... but now I have a chariot so at least I can take the 2 youngest off my wife's hands when I go out for an hour ... running works best for me as it keeps me healthy, and doesn't interfere with my lifestyle ... yes, health is a priority, but I don't want to leave my family in the dust either ... just keep your priorities straight (and exercise should be "one" of them) and you'll be fine

Well I'm going through a separation right now and luckily golds has daycare for my two kids. I'm going back to school this semester not working so i feel like I have so much free time which is never good when you're in my position0
