Hello everyone, could you give me some tips to lower the belly, such as, meals and type of exercises I can do.

Eat less calories than you burn. Sooner or later, the gut will go. You can't spot reduce; you can't do special exercise or eat specific foods to make one part of your body lose fat sooner.7

This ^ really. Measure everything you eat and drink! EVERYTHING! Find your BMR and use MFP to give you a deficit. Log it on here and watch your weight drop week by week, month by month. You don't even need to exercise, but it would help if you kept your muscles active during dieting. Remember you cannot reduce just one part of your body, all fat is targeted and eventually, if you have the patience, your excess fat will go. That's it.1
