Reach goal weight by 15 November 2019

This date is an important date for me, and I would love to be at goal weight then. I will be flying overseas and I really want to be at goal weight when I am there. Anyone want to join me? Join up any time. Let's do this!

So today I weigh 88.5 kilograms, and my goal weight is 66 kg. That means I need a daily deficit of 1,607 kJ, which is "not too bad". I've been at this weight since February, if I'd started then, my daily deficit would only need to be 1098 kJ, a huge difference.0

I'm still at 88.5 kg, I've been here a while. I want to eat between 6,000 and 8,800 kJ and the upper limit will reduce slowly. I need to have a daily deficit of 1,655 kJ to reach goal weight on the 15th Nov.0

I'm starting to lose, finally. At 88.3 kg today, my daily deficit is 1,677 kJ.1
