Restarting Tracking w/ MyFitnessPal!

Hello all!

My name is Jennifer and I’m currently a grad student living in Texas trying to add more nutrition and fitness into my busy lifestyle!

I’ve used the MyFitnessPal app on and off, but I have recently decided to recommit, because I have seen results on the scar when I consistently log my meals. This time around, I also want to engage more with the community and make new friends for ongoing support/encouragement/tips.

I currently want to lose 60 lbs within one year and I’d love to share my journey here and help to motivate one another towards success.
