The easy part is going to the gym and the hardest part is the diet or is that just me?

It may be just you, I detest the gym but I love to eat! What are you eating?

Then I guess you're trying to eat food you don't like, and avoid food you do like? Right?

At 1st I was but then I found a lot of alternatives for good tasting food and healthy for you as well

That sounds sad, and a recipe for disaster. There's nothing like the real deal, and a healthy diet is balanced and varied; you can eat anything in moderation.

I eat anything I want, but in approproate amounts for my need (height, weight, sex, activity level). Most of my meals are ordinary foods, but I have an occasional treat. This week I'm actually having cheesecake as part of my lunch. I'm having wraps with ground beef, lettuce, cheese etc, for dinner today.

So are you maintaining your weight or trying to lose weight seems unrealistic with the whole cheesecake for lunch

I eat 1/6 of a cheesecake per day for six days. It's quite big. But you decide how much of anything you eat. Your calories just have to add up to your goal, but not exceed it. Yes, I'm maintaining my weight. But I ate the same way, just in smaller portions, and treats less frequently, when I lost weight. If I had't done that, I couldn't have maintained my weight now. (Food for thought!)
