What are your goals? Do you have access to a gym or home equipment?2

I suggest strength training, start out slowly of course. If you want to lose weight, you'll need a calorie deficit, but strength training is the best way to get your body back to some semblance of what it might have been before.0

What kind of exercise do you enjoy? Do that.0

There are lots of options. Do you want to join a gym? Are you interested in taking classes? You can do pilates, yoga, zumba, spin etc. whatever they offer) Do you want to do strength training? You can find a good program on here (Strong lifts, Strong Curves, New Rules of Lifting for Women etc.). You can do a bodyweight program at home. You can take up running, you can get a bike and go for bike rides, you can do a sport. You can just go for walks. You can get a baby carrier and go for hikes. There are loads of free workouts on youtube or places like fitness blender that you can try. Or there's paid ones like beachbody on demand. I would suggest starting small and slow so you don't overwhelm yourself or risk injury.1
