Hi everyone!

I am new to this chatting part. I have used MFP for about a year now on and off. As I am getting older I am trying to be more cautious with my weight gain—easier to gain than to lose for me. I started counting macros about a week ago, which means cooking more at home, and started going to the gym. I weight 130lbs and my goal is a 115 (I am 5’2 ft). Hoping to stick to eating healthier to reach my goal and that being part of this community will help me be more discipline, learn more about foods, and make new friends as we motivate each other :) Happy Friday!
