I'm new

..to myfitnesspal but not to dieting and weight loss. I was born on a diet. Been struggling with it ever since. It got the best of me for quite awhile but now I'm beating it into submission. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2006. I've maintained an 80 lb loss. For the last four years, I've been working out with a trainer so it's more like I'm 100 lbs down now. We're building muscle and changing the way everything looks. I'll be a work in progress forever I think and I'm ok with that. I know how easy it would be to put that weight back on. I've been keeping a food journal for several years and my personal trainer regularly keeps tabs on it. Now that we're trying this out online, I'm thinking seeing the calories and numbers right in front of my face will help keep me more honest and aware of what I eat. Yeesh, I talk alot. See you around!
