Trying to get back on track!

Hi! I have to loose 40 pounds, I want to get back on track and I need motivation, ideas and diet plans.

  • Good luck! I’m in a similar boat....20lbs to lose & trying to get back on track. My strategy will be to start tracking my intake again,sticking to my calorie goals, and getting some cardio in a few days per week.
