    Returning MFPer. I have been on and off many times, mostly because I get bored with it. I workout 5-7 days a week, cycling, running, lifting. Would love to have some new fun friends that work hard and play hard.

    I am looking for a few friends that are into weight lifting. I am not a serious weight lifter but I have been lifting weights for about a year now and I am still trying to figure out a program that works for me and I am struggling on my form. I know that I am probably just being hard on myself but I really want to learn the proper form for some of the big lifts. I have lost some weight and gained some muscle but it's a long process and I am looking for some like minded friends. :)

    Hi people, looking to add new friends for motivation and follow others journeys. I have a open diary, although I don’t eat anything special. I’m in to running at the moment about 15-20 miles a weeks atm. So any others runners would be cool.
