New to group

Hi everyone I'm new here trying to lose 30 lbs need help and support. I eat twice a day meals and snack here and there during the day. Any helpful info I'm all ears please and what are some good exercises I can do at home

    I like to dance and stationary bike. Both are easy and fun. I also do an exercise band with a bar attached.
  • I like to snack too. Some snacks I’ve found have almost no calories are seaweed squares (10 cal per package) and pickles (5 cal per pickle). I love salty! If you are like me maybe that could help.
