Calories in mixed berry Parfait

Hi I was wondering if any one knew the calories for Red Mangos mixed berry Parfait with mango froyo instead of the low fat they didn’t have it and I’m trying to keep on track

    They have nutritional facts on their website. Click on a product from the menu, then click on "nutritional facts." If you're making a substitution, do the math.
