sweet! everyone exited for Monday what might they be hitting tomorrow? Im shooting for legs pretty stoked to hit barbell squats and walking lunges uses dumbbells those are usually the killers for me.
I understand Charlie I was on a good 9 week streak going to the gym consistently then all of a sudden I really lagged a good 3 weeks. I should have been done with my 12 week program yesterday but that didn't happen lol. So I am starting over again lol xD2 -

Started lifting properly a few months ago. I lifted years ago but without a program and wouldnt really say i was committed. Im following sl5x5 now to try and build my strength and i love it. It gives me so.ething to aim for every session.0

Im sure you know what you are doing but I am hoping you arent overtraining. that sounds like a lot of lifting for one day and a lot of stress on the muscles. no trying to sound like a *kitten* or anything just dont want to see anyone end up with any injuries.0 -

yes dude I absolutely love it. Best thing I have every done! My confidence increased so much and it really expends a lot of my built up energy. So when I am done I feel like a complete beast! Amazing to see how your body improves and adapts. I remember a time I could not even do a pull up and now I'm hammering them out. The feels are great!0 -

I love weight lifting and have interest in power lifting. I just moved from the US to Norway and don't have a gym yet. Doing other workouts in the meantime.0
