Hi guys, so I’m not exactly new to MyFitnessPal but I am new to the community forums, so HI 👋🏼
I’ve followed iifym and flexible dieting for some years now and have had exceptional results and gained second to none knowledge regarding the topic.
I’m a Institute qualified trainer (not an online foney) and nutritional advisor and I’m looking to build a supportive crew of friends on my fitness pal worldwide.
I’m attempting to share relevant subject knowledge via my status updates and try my best to help people where possible.

    I'm just looking into IIFYM and am wondering where to start with regards what to eat each day to ensure I fit my macros in. I don't want to spend hours working out if this or that will fit. How do you all do it.
