    Just be sure to log every bite. Adjust when needed. Definitely plan ahead to avoid cravings. I feel like I lose weight when I eat the same meals each day- or the same breakfast and lunch maybe. Keep it simple. Good luck! Think of the first 5 pounds. Get there and then the next five. It will take awhile to break some bad habits. You’ll feel deprived. My friend always says skinny tastes better.
