Hi guys,
I have had a bit of a tricky week with the diet, the last three days have been "special occasions" and I've had big meals, and even though I've tried to pace myself and not eat too much, I haven't been able to record my food intake accurately because of the nature of the foods. I've also been a little slack on exercise. SO I'm starting over tomorrow, and not getting down on myself, but it's not proving easy, I could do with some encouragement and support!
As for the recommendation, there's a cool site all about positive body image: http://www.adiosbarbie.com
Enjoy!!

Tomorrow is a new day, with a new opportunity to get on track. Besides you accomplished the most important part of a healthy lifestyle and that is being aware of what you are eating.0

Weekends are notoriously tough for food, exercise and so much of our social interaction is food related. I often miss days of logging, but I've been at this site for six months now (wow) and I have a good list of foods worked out for which I know the numbers .
You can carry a small notebook in your bag to record approximations of portions of food you eat away from home. It is so important to keep track of everything you eat, because it's easy to have "a" cookie and "a couple" chips or whatever. If you aren't finding foods on this site, go to one of the many sites that will help you calculate approximations. It's important to educate yourself on calories/fats/proteins on foods you eat often. You can always enter them all at the end of the day.
Also, I believe in the 5-6 meals a day to keep me happy and not hungry.
You can do it!0
