I have started and re-started over and over. Had a birthday the other day and have realized I am not where I want to be. So here's to making a change.

I believe the secret to true success is "getting up" after falling. A good example is any baby learning to walk. He may fall down but you can always bet on his getting back up!
This has been my "secret" to success, I guess. Must be something to it though... I weighed 280 three years ago. My weigh-in today is 165!
You can always, START OVER.
Remember the baby!

You have to get mentally ready, that's the key. The rest will follow. I've started over 100 times I bet.
