Healthy Menu Planning Websites?

Hi all,
I have three kids and am a full time law student, heading into my last semester and then the dreaded bar prep (not the fun kind of bar, sadly).
ANYWAY. I will need all the help I can get to stay on track with healthy eating during this busy time. As I will be in night classes I'm particularly concerned about planning dinner menus in advance so that I can shop once a week and have all the ingredients on hand for that meal.
Ideally, I would like to find something that lets you choose recipes and then generates a shopping list.
Any recommendations?

allrecipes.com lets you do this with a subscription. You can search the database by calories/serving or other nutrition info like sodium and add them to your menu which can then generate a shopping list.0
