Just start with whatever MFP has set. Then you can tweak if you are hungry - some people need more protein to feel satisfied, some more carbs.

You're in the healthy weight range for your height, there is no way you should only be eating 1200 cals a day. Did you by chance set the app to lose 2lb per week? If so, change it to 1lb max, and preferably 0.5lb, and eat back at least 50% of any exercise calories.

Macros are for satiety, which is individual. If protein fills you up, eat more of that. Ditto for carbs or fat.

What's your goal weight? I'm a half inch shorter than you and my family would do an intervention if I got into the 130s, but then I have a large frame. http://www.myfooddiary.com/Resources/frame_size_calculator.asp

Regardless, with your stats your weekly weight loss goal shouldn't be more than a half pound per week, and since you aren't short, you can eat more than 1200 calories:

You are already at a healthy weight, and as mentioned 1200 is way too low for your stats. What are your goals? Are you trying to lose more, maintain? Macros are important for personal preference, adherence, satiety, workout performance and body composition.

I'm wanting to maybe lose in total 2lb then maintain, I am totally new to looking after myself and have no idea what's right what's wrong. Don't know where to start, I don't exercise but I do have children so I'm not constantly sat down, I am going to try introduce exercise but it's getting my time to do this so at the minute just focusing on eating healthy. If someone can help point me in right direction with calories etc I would appreciate it thank you

Hope you didn't select sedentary as your activity setting as sedentary mean mostly seated!

Go back to your goals set up, select the correct activity level (which has nothing to do with exercise by the way), select a slower rate of weight loss and you will get a reasonable calorie goal.

I'm not seeing any reason for you to concern yourself with macros.
