I'm starting my journey over. I lost 65 lbs in 2013 and fell off the wagon. Now after I got weighed at my doctors I got a BIG wake up call. I gained every single lb back. Now at 230 I have to lose 80lbs. I need all the support I can get

2 nd timer as well. Hit goal and went on maintenance. Didn’t weigh in regularly and it crept back in less than a year.
Can blame a lot on a minor surgery and other external forces but bottom line it was still my own lazy and self

Starting over again as well. Five years ago this month I started my first journey and I lost 39lbs. Now I've gained all that back plus a few extra. This program worked for me last time, and here's to hoping it works again. Been on for 14 days now, and I'm a healthy 4lbs down. I need to remember this is a process and to have patience.0
