40-30-30 meals/days

Hi! I am trying to stick to a macro balance of 40% carbs, 30% fat 30% protein.
I would like a place to post complete meals or even full days of eating, that hit that target or close-to.
This morning my planned breakfast hit the mark beautifully, so I am posting it. If you have ither examples, please do share!

    Here are a few of my lower calorie days. I try to stay close to a 40/30/30 split, with emphasis on making sure I hit protein. I don't so much worry about individual meals hitting. I just try to hit my protein and calories for the day. Usually works out fairly ok (some days better than others).

    I'm usually lighter on fat than what you want. Go with whole milk for more fat.
