5'4. From 165 to 136! Pictures!

I lost weight on my own before I found MFP but it took forever. It took me two years to go down from 165 to 152. When my dad got me an I-phone for Xmas I downloaded the MFP app. It helped me lose sixteen pounds in about five months. Right now I am maintaining my weight, and I haven't been as diligent about tracking my food since my Iphone got stolen. The best thing about MFP is the nutrition facts. I thought I was eating healthy before, and I didn't know why I wasn't losing weight. As soon as I looked at my daily intake and how little nutritional value I was getting, it really opened my eyes. Running helped a lot, but I still think changing intake is the most important thing.

You look awesome! I am 5'3 and started at 168lbs... Progress was slow too until I started MFP too! I hope I do just as well as you did. I will continue to work hard to achieve my goal...

Awesome! You look awesome! Congrats! I need to be at 135 to be considered not "overweight" according to the BMI scale. I've been working out consistently since February and I thought I was eating "healthy". I started running about 4 weeks ago. I started using MFP about 2 weeks ago. This is a great app. I am very honest and I see why I'm not losing the lbs. However, I think running is starting to change that!

Congrats, that is wonderful. We are about the same height and I started at 163. I have about 10 lbs to go to get to 135. Your pictures are so inspiring to me! You look fabulous!!! What helped you lose the last 10 lbs. I'm biking and doing Zumba, but I've seemed to plateau.
