I think I'm doing Keto wrong??

Looking for some solid advice on Keto. I took on Keto because a friend found out she was a Type II diabetic. As part of a support team, I stopped eating Paleo and am now doing the Keto diet.
There is a high likelihood I'm eating either too much protein or too many vegetables?? Alas, nonetheless, I just joined the Fitness Pal community and am now trying to track my food intake. Another difficult task unless you travel with a scale? Seems that is the best solution to figuring all the food stuffs out?? I am a food prepper, so that is definitely not a problem, but need some direction please. Am also HAPPY to cook, so there isn't a problem their either.
Any solid advice welcomed, as are recommendations!
Cheers and Thank you in advance!

Sorry I don't have any advice really...I'm in the same boat a little bit. Keto is confusing. Not sure if I am supposed to be subtracting dietary fiber from regular carbs on nutrition facts! I was told to do that.
I think it's really awesome you are doing a keto diet to support your friend. I wish my friends would do this!
Best of luck!! -josey

I don't think you should change your diet for other people. You can be supportive in a number of healthier ways.
People generally struggle with getting in enough protein and vegetables, but if you're worried, track your intake for a few days and open up your food diary and ask again.
If you prep food at home and bring it, you don't need to bring a food scale to, as it's already portioned. Or am I missing something?0
