Working on me and getting back to a healthy life style. Need to lose about 90 pounds to start. Once I have lost that I can reassess and see if I want to lose another 10. I dont want to be too thin, I want muscles and to look fit. I am doing the keto diet for now as I was having some issues with my liver and gallbladder when I was eating carbs.
