I have been working out with a trainer for the past year with some significant weight loss and muscle definition.
I worked out consistently with a routine that concentrated on compound movements, complex routines, and conditioning. I got fit very fast.
However my diet was not key. I was still eating junk, I was still not eating the fruits or the veggies.
However Monday Sep 17th a flick switched in my brain and realized that I will only get the body I want to achieve through diet.
Counting calories, making sure my calories come from wholesome foods. Fuel my body. Eat to live not live to eat.
I feel on fire and know for sure I’m going to hit my goals.
I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me. I would love to ‘meet’ like minded people, who support one another, push one another and inspire one another.
I’m rooting for all YOU GUYS. We can do this.
