50 lbs lost pics

Hey everyone. Hit 50 lbs lost since April. Do not have any pics from that time, but included a pic of me at my heaviest (336 lbs in 2005). The 2 new ones are today where I work at the hospital.

    hey your pictures arent showing up, when you post them you have to change the IMG at the front and end to small letters

    Thank you, Madam. According to my trainer 27 more pounds (180) should be just about right for body fat %, then just tone up as much as possible. We'll see. lol I'm so hung up on the BMI, but they said ignore that.

    Thanks, all. Yeah it feels good to get all of the 4X, 3X and 2X clothes out of the closet. Now I actually look forward to clothes shopping. Making sure I can lose a little more and maintain before I buy a bunch of Larges. lol
