Oldie but Newbie

Hello, my name is Tiffany, I've been on this app for a while now, however, I've always fell off. I just want to introduce myself, and look for more friends to connect with on here. My weight loss journey has had it's highs and lows. Right now, I'm just looking to be healthy and feel amazing.

    Thanks for the motivation everyone. I need motivators to keep me going. I've decided last week that, to put my words into action. If I don't like what I see, I need to change it, period. I moving in a new direction with improving the way I look and changing my lifestyle. No more fast food, eat clean, and try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day. I also need motivation to wake up in the morning and work out before work. I'm a working wife and mother, so that's the only time I can work out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
