My name is Janell and I'm here to track my dietary intake as well as gather tips on healthy dinner/snack recipes and new work out programs. I'm an intermediate lifter and runner, I work out at least 5x a week, mostly crossfit and body building. If anyone has any workout plans or simple recipes, I'd love to take a look! :)

    A healthy diet is balanced and varied, and the simplest meals don't require recipes. If you can cook, you can make any meal you want. I'm a firm believer in just eating food you like, because I think that's necessary to be able to keep eating balanced.
