Hi - I'm new to the boards

My name is Patty and I have used my fitness pal on and off for years. I need to get motivated again. I am 5'6 and weigh 207 pounds. I would like to really get focused and set a reasonable goal for January 1, 2019. This gives me about 15 weeks. What would be a reasonable goal?

    A reasonable goal would be to log honestly and accurately and hit the calorie target MFP gave you, every day.

    Yesterday was day one of starting to log again. I went a little over but it still showed a 5 pound loss in 5 weeks. That alone made me feel good. That is a pound a week, which is slow but good.

    And be happy with whatever number shows on the scale January 1, 2019. Just don't forget to enjoy the events of December 31, 2018. Live, enjoy, take good care of you.
