Frustrated

Lost almost 80 pounds 7 years ago and 2 years ago had to have a hysterectomy (kept ovaries). Since then I have gained 30 pounds back. The past 3 weeks I have been meeting my 1200 calorie goal, getting 10000 or more steps per day and strength exercises 3 days a week. Starting to think this is just not going to happen this time and it may just be time to accept this new weight and try to maintain. Dont know what else to do, cant eat any less.

How are you certain that your intake is 1200?3 -
From weighing everything I eat.2

It's only been three weeks, so the most you should have lost is 3, maybe 4 pounds. You don't say if youve lost, gained or stayed as you are. If you think you should be losing more than 1lb a week, you might need to have a bit of patience, especially if you're stepping on the scales at every opportunity. Your body may still be recovering even after 2 years, so keep going. If you're eating at a calorie deficit you will start seeing results.3

Oh sorry. I have lost .8 in 3 weeks.1

If you are completely sure you are eating 1200 then my suggestion is that it is from the strength training. Did you start to train 3 weeks ago?
You can either keep up at it and be patient or if you're completely unmotivated by this you can stop strength training for a week or so and see if your weight drops suddenly. Mine has done this several times.0 -
In just 3 weeks, if you're measuring food accurately (and not overestimating exercise calories, if eating them back), the likeliest answer is still water weight fluctuations. When you add exercise and change up your way of eating, it's really hard to tell what's going on until you're 4-6 weeks in. Different people's bodies behave differently. I know that's super-frustrating, but I'd suggest staying the course for another 3 weeks, at least.5
