substituting sour cream for mayo

While going through the recipe section, I saw were some were substituting sour cream for the mayo in tuna salad. So, I gave it a try.
I really liked it. I used the low fat sour cream. Great idea! Can't wait to explore other food tips on the site.

you can try mixing light sour cream with powdered ranch, it is an amaxing with veggies0

I really like mayo, so I tried Kraft lite mayo with olive oil and I really like it!!!0

Plain Greek Yogurt also tastes like sour cream and lots of protein0

I am a huge sour cream eater. Something great that I have discovered is using plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. A lot less calories, more protein & more calcium.

I like to mix dijon mustard with fat free greek yogurt in place on sour cream or mayo
to make it more yellow i also like to add tumeric powder. also herb to make it like aioli ( and little of EVOO)
