How to know when it's TOO MUCH seasonings...??

I love McCormicks seasoning products. I practically use either the "salt free Garlic & Herb" or Garlic Powder on all of my chicken, fish, salmon.. shrimp.. basically when I cook a delicious, healthy lunch or dinner.
However.. it says it's "0 calories." and salt free. For those who use McCormicks seasoning products on a daily, how much do all of you usually use? I get a bit confused wondering if i'm packing on more calories. Any feed back would be helpful!!

Look at the label. It will tell you how big a serving is. Season to taste.

I think you are making this too difficult.0

Were you good at math?? Let me see if I can break it down for you.
Okay here we go... the serving size is 1/4t and =0 calories and you use 2t ..
Jot down the following equation - you'll use it often ,
(am)(an) = am+n ab)m = ambm (am)n = amn (am)/(an) = am-n
And if you do it right, you'll find out that b=8*a b=8*0 b=0 calories
Seriously though - how would you pack on more calories with something that is moot to begin with?0 -
yeah, season to taste.
and if there's no calories in 1 serving, there will be 0 calories in all the servings.
are you a troll? please be a troll.0 -
If there are 0 cals in 1 serving, my best guess is that there will be 20 cals in 2 servings....0

*smacks forehead*. . . . gosh so that's why I'm fat it's all that 0 calorie seasoning!!! I feel so much better informed now.:laugh:0

Stand up now.
Walk around your chair.
Sit back down.
Now you've burned off any potential 0-calorie-seasoning overdose calories.
It's negligible. Seriously. Worry about something more important.0 -
