    so dont do it.
forgive yourself for what you already did. either stop eating for today, or go out for a walk, or if it is too late in your time zone, make plans for how you will not fall into that pattern tomorrow, plan your food and your exercise. Remove the binging foods from your environment.

good luck! you can do it!

Going over by 900 is just like eating for two days at maintenance calories.

You can quit. Gain more weight. Or continue on like all the rest of us do when we've eaten more than our goal.

forgive yourself, tomorrow is another day. Start over with a positive mindset, and know that you can do it. there will always be bad days, but the beauty is the sun goes down, then it comes up on a new day. I believe you can do it!!!!
  • Sounds like its time to hit the treadmill and burn those birthday calories !

We are human and not programmed robots. It's ok to make mistakes. We learn from them and keep it moving. You can do it.
  • I find that when I binge I'm really hungry and I could eat anything that comes into my hand. Part of it is will power & lucky I can cook and I'll rustle up something nutritious right away for example today I came back from work around 2:30pm and I had been working since 9:00am on just a cup of tea and a slice of bread so I was starving and I ran to my blender threw in some homemade plain yogurt some cumin salt to taste with a jalepeno and gulped it down it took the edge off and then I made a fat free cheese sandwich on honeywheat and I had some watermelon too. I was fine after that. Alot of it has to do with planning. Stock up on fat free, low fat products that always helps I switched and it helps.
