Fitness or Weight Loss Goals?

Which do you set more..Fitness/Weight Loss or Both? I try and set my mind on fitness goals and achieving them, then to weight loss, where I can be discouraged easily.

I started out with weight loss goals. 4 months into a plateau they've become fitness goals.0

My goals are nutrition and fitness. I could care less what my weight is as long as I feel good about myself. I have set my weight goal here to 120 pounds, but I am muscular. I'd rather be toned and weight 125 to 130!0

Just make sure to set yourself up for success. Set small, attainable goals, and that will help you keep going. Long term goals are great, but short term goals keep you going!
