Adding calories burned during weight training

I wear my fitness tracker when I do a weight workout. I would like to add the calories burned based on the info from my fitness tracker in the exercise spot. I do not want to add how many reps/sets I do. Is there a way to add the calories burned under "weights" in the exercise spot without adding reps/sets?

There is a weight lifting or strength training entry in cardio you can use. The Weights portion is only for tracking reps.0

Don't use you tracker's estimates if it's using heart rate to base its guesstimate on as it would be very exaggerated.
If you have a special weight training mode on your tracker it might be OK.
If you are logging manually then you can log the total duration of your workout (rests between sets are assumed in the estimate) but it needs to be logged in the Cardio section of the exercise diary - search for "strength training".
The Strength part of the diary has no calorie functionality, it's just a journal effectively.0 -
Found it - thank you1
