Hi all, I'm just starting out on my post 40 fitness/lifestyle change journey. I've been wanting to get fit for a while but just didn't have the motivation. Recently my partner was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes so we took a positive from a negative and changed our lifestyles completely. He is doing great and has dropped 8kg in a month just by eating well and exercise. I jumped on the bandwagon and started using my fitnesspal - what a fantastic app! We dusted off our bikes and have been having riding adventures all over our city (Melbourne, Australia). Looking forward to feeling fabulous at 40. #gohardorgohome
