What excercise are we all doing!??

I've ran bored of doing individual excercise so now I've bought an air walker and getting good results on that. Nearly all my cellulite on my legs have gone xx

Air walker looks interesting not sure it would work for me or would it , what body parts does it work ?1

20 mins elliptical, 20 mins treadmill 6 days a week with the occasional 5k run. Trying to do weights but I absolutely hate it! I have never enjoyed them, and I doubt that I ever will...2

Cycling. For cardio fitness, leg and core fitness and leg fitness. Also to burn of calories I may have overeaten or to prepare for such a time by banking calories.
Not adding upper body light weights until I'm sure I'm healed from the severe strain in my neck and shoulders that occurred when I went nuts pulling large weeds over a month ago. Flared up my bursitis in an extreme way.3 -

The air walker is meant to do your leg muscles and a moderate work out to the lower tummy, I'm losing weight and the legs are looking good but il see how I go cos I'm thinking I may need to incorporate some tummy excercise to tone it up I usually put my headphones in and I'm on the air walker for thirty mins plus xx0
