I’ve been gone awhile but I’m back and 30lbs lighter. I still have a few lbs (15 ) to go to reach my first stair step goal. I’m hoping to develop a healthier food and excercise plan for myself to build up muscle and strength . My problem is that I’m lazy and need much motivation . Anyway, here I go again !
