What are your stories?
I’m melissa Mum of two I’ve been on lots of diets and programs but nothing really works for me for the long term. So I’m here to achieve a lifestyle change 😊
Healthy eating and exersice I no what I have to do but getting it done is always the hard part.
Food is addictive and I need help cracking the addiction
