So I have 20lbs to go until I hit a healthy weight, I reckon with some dedication and accountability I could get there in 10 weeks. I'm 6 months post parum with three children so I fit workouts in when I can, but I walk a lot. The biggest challenge for me is food, my weigh in day is usually Friday Or Saturday.
I would love some accountability partners!

I am down! My main set back is nutrition as well. I have a personal trainer and workout buddy, just cant seem to get this nutrition thing down. 20 pounds in 10 weeks sounds sweet, especially since I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in February. I'll catch ya on Friday/Saturday, to see where both at and who needs a kick lol.3

That equates to 9kg , so I guess roughly 1kg per week which is pretty realistic.

Yay, great to have a few accountability buddies! I'll admit I've messed up this weekend, so hoping for 1lb loss or maintain this week, we'll see. Making good choice today though 🙂3

I started yesterday...my husband had ice cream at 9:00 last night, ugh! I had eaten well all day so I didn't have any. Here's to hoping I have the same amount of will power today!!3

Ok, weigh in day!! I'm pretty pleased given that I had a bad three day weekend of eating! I've managed to fit workouts in and eaten well the rest of the week. Can't wait to hear how everyone else is doing!

I am IN! Aiming for 20 pounds in 8 weeks though..but realistically I think I’ll end up with 10-12. I’m also starting Keto today if anyone has any tips I’d greatly appreciate it!

I think mine will actually be 12 weeks, but 10 weeks is neat and keeps me motivated! Not done keto before, but have tried paleo and low carb, I find that weight training and just sticking to calories works for me just as well. How's everyone else doing?

I'm in! Aiming for 10kg in 10 weeks. I have to watch out after cheat meals on weekends, which is hard because of plenty of free time. I'm doing circular training 2xweek, run 2xweek, train agility with my dog 2xweek and do a lot of walks.

I'd like to jump on this. I was able to drop almost 10 pounds in two weeks a month or so ago but 5 ish of those crept back on. I hope to follow the same pattern of dropping 3-5 pounds a week for the first week or two and then going to 1-2 pounds for the remainder. So maybe in 12 weeks I'll be down 20 or even 25 pounds! I'm just going to go right to New Year's for this challenge.

Goal weight for 01.01.19: 165
165 is a good number because it's the weight that my body seems to prefer. Hopefully long term again I can look at my ultimate goal number in the range of 130 but for now I suppose I'm in "repair" mode.4 -
