Jillians Ripped in 30. Does it work? Anyone done it?

I need to change up my workout. Thinking about buying Jillians workout dvd. DId it work for you?
How long is the workout?
Do you do it once a day?
Is it fun?
How much weight did you lose?

    i don't know about RI30 but her 30 Day Shred is very effective (20 minute workout with 3 levels), i've done it about 40 times (3-5 times a week) and i see a huge difference .i added this on top of my usual walk, which is 2 miles a day, almost half of which is very steep uphill. it's definitely made a big difference in my muscle tone and i feel like i have lost a couple inches from my core area...

    I'm on week three and really enjoying it so far. It's a four week program, supposed to be done six times a week. It usually takes about half an hour.

    5 minute warm-up

    Three Intervals of:
    3 minutes strength
    2 minutes cardio
    1 minute abs

    5 minute cool-down

    For me, it's been a great workout and it keeps me interested. I haven't lost any weight, but I've lost inches... pretty much everywhere.
