I posted last week about not being able to get to my goal weight. I was not using a food scale. I have been the last few days and have realized that I WAS eating too much. I was estimating portion sizes.
Lesson to myself and all of us...do not estimate. Use a food scale if you really want to reach your goals. Thanks for all of you who suggested that.

    I ha e a good scale at home and a scale at work, mostly for stuff like the bag of almonds or other shelf stable items that I keep in my desk.

    For me after getting my food scale I would take pictures of my meals, just another way of learning how to judge serving sizes when you don't have access to a scale.
