Wow 52lbs in 5 months..that's quite a bit...what type of changes did you make. Do share 0

I just ate less and moved more — cut out all caloried drinks .. didn’t really cut anything else just ate less of it .. just 2 cookies instead of 10 - didn’t go back for 2nds - weighed my portions .. nothing magic - just a little will power needed at times1
