Back again

I was on here for 3 months and lost 9 lbs.. I deleted my account because I had hit a plateu and gave up, well here I am I have gained 5 lbs back and Im ready to get rid of them.. I feel like I have no control again, I still go to the gym 3 times a week and wear my HRM but Im just not counting my calories.. I need my support buddies back too so add me please and lets do this!!

    My advice:

    1. Continue regular exercise doing things you LIKE to do for long term success
    2. Never eat less than 1250 calories
    3. Reward yourself by eating back SOME of your exercise calories
    4. Your plateau was reached probably because your body felt "famine" was coming, so eat a bit more to reassure it (100 more calories should do it)

  • Keep it going I actually gained 4 back and have been off the log a while. It is difficult to change your food habits, just keep in mind your health, your future, your body. Cause at the end of the day all you have is one body and one life to live.Good luck. I am with you..
